Very late check-in and urgent reaction by property. Kitchen equipment!

Air-conditioning was old, dusty and noisy. sofa bed...the matrex was deformed. Iron (for ironing was broken) When you walk on the 2nd floor from the other apartments in the bathroom was too noisy.

Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the photos and description presented on Booking.com. The apartment appeared much older and less maintained than advertised. The most concerning issue was the presence of mold in several areas, which caused an unpleasant smell and made the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness was below expectations, and the overall condition of the property was disappointing. I believe the listing should be updated to accurately reflect the current state of the accommodation.

Que el baño era espacioso.

Las camas incomodas Falta ventilación, el mobiliario defectuoso o a punto de romperse, las sillas en mal estado y las camas muy incomodas. El acceso siempre sucio. Desde el departamento superior limpiaban el balcon y el agua escurría hacia nuestra terraza mal oliente (orina de gato). Al utilizar la lavadora el ruido es insoportable y parece que se va a romper. La habitación es muy calurosa y sin ventilación.

Lo staff richiedeva di buttare la pattumiera, il letto era scomodo, la carta igienica e il sapone in quantità limitate.

L'emplacement. L'appartement est proche de la gare centrale et du centre de la ville.

L'appartement est sombre: il est au premier étage sur une petite cours. Il est très humide: des taches de moisissure sont présentes sur les murs. Et surtout, il est bruyant : les habitants téléphonent ou s'interpellent de leur balcon qui donnent sur la cours, jusqu'à tard dans la nuit, et font des lessives très tôt le matin ( bruits de machines à laver dès 6h du matin).

Great location, very clean and good value for money

It would be helpful to have a jug, washing up bowl or sink plug.

Diciamo che sono veramente pochi i punti positivi di questi alloggi..

I due appartamenti erano sporchini, con tantissima muffa e umidità sulle pareti, pochissima pressione nelle docce, il copridivano che puzzava, il letto matrimoniale era composto da due materassi di diverse dimensioni e altezze, tutto molto fatiscente e trascurato
