Nothing all good we had a great weekend definately use apartment again
AUGreat location, close to good restaurants and attractions.
Sofa beds were broken but we made do. Property was clean and spacious for 5 people, in an awesome location.

The address was given as 30 University Rd it was in fact a door leading to a first floor apartment with 30A on the door confusing. No mention of stairs not a problem for us but could be for some with cases. Two back bedrooms overlook an alley and kitchen area storing bins etc noisy at night. No way you could sleep with windows open. The third bedroom had NO window no ventilation a problem had to prop the door open with a cushion. The dishwasher leaked large puddle in the morning Just me no Teapot.
GBGBSpace. Good room layout. Location... easy for walking to many things. Comfy beds. Access to temperature control. Would stay again.
Some maintenance issues: in fairness, it was cleaner than it appeared- damage and wear justmade some little places look 'grubbier.' No response to messages. Dripping tap. No recycling facility. Need another easy chair... 6 people cannot be comfy on the sofa together!

IEthe rooms are very clean and presented nicley upon arrival. All facilities worked perfect and extras such as sheets / towels were handy to have. Beautiful home with great location and price is great for the location 👍
one of the blinds and shower door werent working too well such as the rv remote being very laggy at times other than that it was great
