Nicely located close to the city, about a ten min walk. Well equipt for everything a family of 5 needed. Right beside a tesco and lots of restaurants. Walkable to queens uni and botantic gardens. A small park across the road so the kids could run around.

A bit noisy but thats to be expected in the centre of a city. It wouldnt put us off.

Spacious for a group of friends, smart lock very handy

Cleanliness was awful, mould everywhere in the bathrooms, awful smell in both bathrooms. General wear and tear on walls and skirting that were never repaired. Hairs in shower, and stain on bedding. The smell coming from the fridge was awful as if it hadnt even been wiped out. The iron board was ripped and had to stand it a certain wait to balance it. Open wires hanging from an electric box in the small room. No fan in bathrooms. Out of 3 windows in the front only 1 lock was working and only 1 working in the back room and also holes in the blindsAs we arrived there were riots outside the apartment, which i completely understand is of no fault to the property owners, however we called the company and asked for help and the person on the phone couldnt of been less helpful if she tried and also never followed up with us after she said she would. Overall would 100% not recommended to anyone.

the location was amazing. the Host was very responsive. the apartment itself was very spacious and due to electronic access it was very convenient as well.

We noticed a few things that were missing but the host was very prompt and helpful in addressing the same. there was some work going right below the bedroom so it was quite noisy but overall we were very happy with the apartment.

Working with Anne was super easy and a wonderful experience! The 3rd-floor apartment was everything we hoped it would be. The location was fantastic and it met all of our needs each day of our stay. It was right above a small restaurant and next door to a little store so it was perfect for getting food. Neither of those establishments created any noise or disturbance for us in the 3rd-floor apartment. A bus stop was right outside so that would be super convenient for you, but we chose to walk everywhere since the area was so great. It was the perfect location to meet our needs for visiting the Queens University area. Thank you Anne!

Nothing worth complaining about at all honestly. One small thing might be to consider adding a simple mattress topper on the twin bed in the smaller room to help make it more comfortable. I gave my other friends the two bigger bedrooms so I can't speak to those beds, but they never mentioned anything negative.

Location was good to walk to places we wanted to visit and to town. Size of apartment was good, plenty of space to cook and have meals in when we didn't want to go out, plenty of pubs and takeaways nearby too. We used the "hop on hop off sightseeing bus" which stopped at Queen's University so was 2 mins walk from the apartment which was a bonus.

Apartment could do with a bit of updating, needed painting, some dirty marks on walls and doors, kitchen utensils(saucepan handles) were loose and dining room chairs were bit wobbly. TV kept cutting out. 1 set of small toiletries per room for 5 days wasn't sufficient. Despite that it was a nice space, the staff kept us updated via the App and were accessible if you needed any questions answered. We would definately book again.

What a beautiful flat with lots of space. It was great to have two shower rooms and a bedroom each. The living room and kitchen were also very spacious. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

There was nothing I could fault in the apartment. Spacious and comfortable.
