Most Comfortable bed I've slept in for past 4 months travelling in lots of hotels, breakfast was great, small pool but very nice sunbathing area, I hope the new upgrade doesn't price itself out of the market.

"Best hotel in Coogee"

We had an overnight stay in room 423 (Standard Ocean View room with 2x double beds) Overall, a pleasant stay. Location next to the beach is amazing with shops plentiful nearby. Room is spacious had an excellent view of the beach (with a balcony) and lived up to Crowne Plaza excellence. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom felt a little outdated, but still had some luxurious touches. The hallway outside of the room could do with a touch of modernisation, but this is no big deal. Swimming pool was refreshing, albeit a little small and cold - but with the beach nearby, it matters little! Kids enjoyed the large kidzone next to the pool I would definitely stay again on our next visit

One thing needs improvement- the pool is difficult for older people to get out as there are only two short metal steps to climb out. Otherwise I am pleased with our stay.

"The filth of complete turnoff. We left and booked into Shanghai-la for a completely different experience."

Very unclean facility. Pool on first floor and not rooftop as advertised so I’m shade most of the day and absolutely no service for food or drinks at the pool area. Very small pool and very deep for young children. Pool freezing too. Only 22 sun beds for the entire hotel and people disappointed every day.
