Had i even stayed there i could have given an accurate rating.. but EXPEDIA didnt even send my reservation to the hotel. When i attempted to check in, the hotel hadnt received my reservation, then speaking to customer service didnt help at all. I ended up paying out of pocket and staying at a completely different hotel. Having to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Seriously.. 7 to 10 days for money that expedia took immediately.. i do not recommend using Expedia for anything aside from lots of stress

"Great stay "

It was great because we were at a previous hotel that wasn't and needed a better place. It was also a great location close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We were so happy that the hotel offered dishes for the room since we stayed for a week. The only thing I didn't like about the stay was getting woke up by the loud cleaning cart going by the rooms at 7 am in the morning. I had the bed next to the window so I could hear it.

"Wayne is a great employee!"

This has been a great place for us to stay Wayne has been great, always going out of his way to help guests Tyler and Sharon have also been very attentive to our needs The hotel is conveniently located; Only a few minutes to city center. There are 3 major medical centers nearby. And the parks here are just wonderful

"Great Coffee"

Tyler did an amazing job. Saundra is so sweet and kind and always greets you with a smile I hope to make this a monthly stop when I come to town for work. Wayne does an amazing job every morning on the parking lot after all these people get drunk all night throwing things all over the parking lot

This place is wonderful!!! It's extremely quiet and all staff members I've come in contact with have been outstanding!! I Will be coming back. I've been so relaxed and have enjoyed doing absolutely nothing!
