My family and i was there and there was people on each corner of the hotel drinking and partying , smoking by the rooms ,throwing cigarette butts everywhere and smoking on the stairway , people hollering at 3 am , people argueing next to my room to some one down the hall . People slamming doors all hours of the night. Staff coming to my room for no reason one time to see if there was a paper on door. We didnt go out much due to people busting beer bottles on the 2 nd floor and all the partying all hours. Broken drawers in room. When we needed towels we had to come later if we was even lucky to get them that day. Fire alarms went off 3 times and had to wait on fire department to turn it off. Bad management . They have a rude manager she needs to learn how to talk to people respectfully . Sonya lied and said we were smoking in room and never happened and got me flagged for most of hotels. Do not go there. She is the rudest woman and a awful manager. Stay away from this place.

Checked in at 1245 am and requested 30 min after 11 am check due to trip to get breakfast(nutrition bar only thing available in office) and was straight told no! Rude, dirty and horrible atttitude don’t recommend stay.

The people are really welcoming ;and the room is great !Really nice ,I felt right at home .And they have everything you need ,plates ,coffee maker ,just go down to the office and tell them anything you need.The staff is warm and friendly.I will stay here again for sure !Nice room ,and clean and comfy

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Acess to clean towels and wash rags was not good. The process for getting them didn't work for my needs. The refrigerator and the burners on the stove had rust on them and on of the light fixtures was broken and falling apart. Though these issues wouldn't keep me from staying here again because it was very affordable for the week I there.

I called to make sure my room would still available since I could not check in at 3pm. Guy said to come by MIDNIGHT. By 6pm. My hotel was cancelled and I even contacted virtual chat to make sure I’d still have a room. Leak in the ceiling bathroom so all stuff got wet and damaged for 3 days. Sheets didn’t get changed. Had the same dirty towels for 5 days; after I asked for them to be cleaned abe changed. And breakfast is a grab and go situation. Not worth it. But location was okay.

A typical older motel. The pictures online show a hardwood type floor but our room had very old carpet in it. It felt kind of cold and damp and sticky. The two beds were pushed up against the opposite walls so that you couldn't get around them. There was very little space in between them in the middle. Maybe enough for two people to stand facing each other, but the back of their legs would be touching the beds. The bedding appeared fairly crisp and clean. We weren't bothered by any maids, but our room wasn't cleaned either after being gone from noon to midnight. Also they do not have breakfast other than a grab and go as they described. So you can go up and get a muffin and some orange juice but that's about it. They say they're pet friendly but when I walked in to check in, the girl behind the desk was quick to inform me that all their pet rooms were taken. It didn't appear that the motel was full by any means. It does have an unsupplied kitchenette and one tiny towel for the kitchen. Bathroom was extremely small , but we did have plenty of towels and washcloths. Other occupants were friendly and they appeared to live there. If anybody walks by your room talking or is in the parking lot talking,you will hear them. The girl that works behind the desk is very sweet and very helpful in pointing us to a good breakfast restaurant. As well there is a Starbucks within a few short steps of the motel. $222/night cuz of festival. Ridiculous! Nice ppl but not staying again.

Nice roomy well decorated clean room

This place nailed it for location, location, location. It is easy access to anything you need or anywhere you want to go around Louisville. Make sure you bring everything you need to have functional kitchen or you can rent it from there.

Price was good for the best last minute option available in area and the room was clean and great for if we needed it longer than I've night

it was quite and comfortable. the wall next to the bathroom were very dirty but everything else was clean. The women at the front desk ( dyed red hair) was a bit cold BUT her mom that works with her was the sweetest and very informative.
