Dirty , especially carpeting

The staff was friendly, the place was pretty clean but the bed was like sleeping on concrete. The microwave did not have a spin platter so food did not rotate. The fridge door was on backwards so opened on the wrong direction. The shower curtain was too small and did not cover the entire shower.

Grab and go breakfast was a friggin joke. Just muffins, coffee, oatmeal, no juice, no service. Not good, very disappointing considering I stayed at the same hotel in Romeoville and had an exceptional stay with a hot breakfast a month prior. This place was the very minimal of any quality and class and in Burr Ridge, FOR SHAME!!!!

They have a wonderful staff on hand. Will stay again

Staff was very good! Had to ask for items for the room, like the coffee pot... only to be given one that the pot was too small & you hold it up to the top in order for the coffee to come out. Glass plate in microwave was gone. Outside of the fridge & cabinets were dirty, sticky. Asked for a "do not disturb" sign, only to be told we wont be bothered by maids/housekeeping because they only come every 2 weeks...
