Had to come out character to get a remote for my tv..I know sounds petty..but there is always an issue when I go there..WILL NOT AGAIN

We reserved this location for 2 nights. Once we arrived and observed how nasty the room was, we tried to cancel the 2nd night, but the property or booking.com wouldn’t cancel and refund us. We reserved 2 queen beds and was given 2 double beds. Breakfast consisted of a package of oatmeal and hot water. The shower/bath surface was in terrible condition. The room smelled and was dirty.

Nothing. It was horrible. The location was good for my medical appointment.

The staff was a little rude. The room was filthy. There were roaches!!! The tub drain was rusty so we didn't use it. There was a hole in the wall. Cob webs everywhere. Dust and dirt on top of the fridge and the walls were dirty.

Not much

We had 2 rooms in 2 different buildings and 2 different floors. They don’t accommodate for a handicapped person
