The lady that is in charge African American I think supervisor or manager very rude in disrespectful especially to have a building with confetti everywhere and to be put in a room with graffiti everywhere is crazy work work but the gentleman at the front desk that work there it's amazing worker and very respectful in the night shift is very respectful as well

Not to be too harsh here, but nothing.

Was very gross, room smelled like cigarette smoke, only one light worked, fridge didn’t work, shower curtain rod was broken, shower head was shooting water everywhere, etc…

The room smelt like drugs ( marjuana ) it was unbearable to sleep in. We left the property the same day it was that bad.

They need to to have the drugs stay away because it’s not good

The room was unacceptable and the attendant said Expedia would issue a refund. There is no way to obtain this refund on Expedia.

The day we left didn't have to be there anymore

The floors were nasty. The shower had hair left in it. The room smelled like smoke. The walls were very dirty. It needs to be updated. The bed was very uncomfortable. Need adequate lighting needs extra outlets. Television didn't work at first and had to mess with the cord to make it come on. The recliner was broken. Someone wrote on the bathroom door. Someone wrote on the back of the chair at the desk. Sticky stuff all over the table. The parking lot need to be cleaned up because of the trash. There was a soda bottle just outside of our door was there when we checked in on Thursday and when we left on Sunday it was still there. Went to the front desk and asked the lady could we please have the floor mopped she was very rude and she got upset because I told her our feet were sticking to the floor. Housekeeping came up there and poured some kind of liquid on the floor and half mop the floor. That housekeeper was very rude she came to the door locked on the door and introduced herself as housekeeping she didn't ask did we need our floors marked first knowing we weren't checking out till Sunday I told her the floors were very nasty They needed to be mopped I told her I spilled a little water in the floor I took a towel to clean the little bit of water up and the towel was black and I showed it to her she was a low upset about that.
