Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle-Tacoma Airport/Tukwila

Needs more attention in rooms. Hooks hanging, drains clogged. Carpet smelled.

The hotel failed to provide rooms at check-in and the staff was unsure of what to do since the rooms were not yet cleaned. It made everyone waiting very stressed and we were close to finding a new hotel.

The room had ants and was musty.

Checking in was the worst part (horrible procedures) and didn't get into already prepaid room until 20 minutes after the 4:00pm check-in time. We were there since 2:00pm to see if room was ready because we had somewhere to be at. Room wasn't ready so I was told I'd get a text if room was ready. Nothing, so I checked again around 3:15pm, front desk changed personnel and quickly told me there were no updates. Got closer to 4:00pm and a line of people wascstarting to build. I sat and watched them check-in and get their rooms! So I went in line and when it was my turn again, that same personnel who told me 'no uodates' didn't even remember who I was although she saw me waiting patiently in the lounge/lobby area since 3:15pm. The room still wasn't ready and the cleaning help office weren't answering their phone. Until another worker asked if we needed help and went to check the on the room. Then the front desk female decides to go and check also. She came back and then checked us (gave us a room in like nothing) and the other helpful worker no where to be seen...smh. Just would've hoped the front desk would've been more elaborate of do I wait for my text to come or do I have to stand in line again or they'd call me before checking others in. Otherwise stay was great (comfy room, bed and pillows). They have many fun activities for all like a basketball court, pool table, swimming pool, weight/cardio room and a comfortable lounge to relax in.

Bed was very comfortable. But the air conditioner was loud. Also, room was not cleaned during our entire 3-night stay.

Nice hotel, close to the airport, to highway and to the mall. Convenient location for traveling. 30 min drive from downtown Seattle. Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Never book here. The room you choose can be given away and the pool areas during the summer are obnoxiously loud with people and kids. The front desk is u professional and the overall place is atrocious. Look at the prior reviews on Google. The rooms and bathrooms have areas with insects according to some of those reviews. My experience here was maybe the worst I've ever had.

Very convenient, apartment style units. We got the two bedroom option, worked out great, like airbnb, only better! These suites come with housekeeping, free breakfast and convenient parking. The location is great, very close to shopping, dining and minutes from the airport!
