Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle-Tacoma Airport/Tukwila

Just have to say the stay was amazing. The staff was so professional and very hospitable. We only stayed one night. I want to give a shout out to the lady that was working front desk on 7/15/25 mid-morning shift. I can't remember her name, but she was amazing. We arrived earlier than expected and she was so helpful and courteous to us, she made sure we got our rooms as soon as they were available, offered us water as we waited. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay and relax and just get away from everyday life. Also the breakfast was phenomenal!!

Great Staff! Good location for overnight stays during soccer camps !!! The pool is a nice cool dip (a bit cold & murky ) that is great fun for kids and excellent after all day soccer camp !!! The staff goes beyond any other prepaid breakfast I’ve seen by a Hilton with breakfast burrito mornings and chia pudding as well as smiles and helpful concierge and room cleaning.

Love the convenience of this being walking distance to Starfire. Breakfast and amenities are good. Only issue was the pool chlorine levels which turned all of our kid’s hair blue/green! Might be time for a rebalance.

We have stayed here several times. The walkable proximity to Starfire is very convenient. The pool and grounds are nice. This time we had sugar ants in our room and the room smelled a little funky, like someone had tried to mask cigarette smoke. The full fridge and freezer are useful, as is the microwave. There was no dish soap in the kitchenette to clean dishes. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was working hard to keep everything stocked. I do wish there was a larger room option that included a balcony. A hot tub would also be nice.

I have stayed there before & everything was good but the carpets need to be cleaned . My husband was walking on it barefoot & his feet were very dirty after walking around on carpet for a while. I had socks on & also got cery dirty. Otherwise everything & everyone was okay//pleasant just have the carpets cleaned more often.

Clean room and I love it

This has to be the worst experience from Hilton because of Angela at the front desk. This is in relation to 2 encounters with Angela at the front desk. When speak Angela she have very poor customer service: does not greet customers, if you ask for service she give you answer that are not hotel appropriate eg: asking for towels I was told to come and get in the front myself. The pool says it opens at 10am. The pool will not open until you ask the front Desk. The last time I asked the pool to open I was put on for 20 minutes then I was told it was on maintenance- I like to see where it was on maintenance because Angie didn’t even bother to come and tell us it was under maintenance. The room size it self is good but kind of smelly, hallway also smelly. Kind embrace to bring my family. After all this, to have to deal with below standards customer service from Angela is vacation appetite killer. All over this is a no GO place.

Suite was very roomy. The bed were comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location to airport is very convenient. Lots of construction in the area which is annoying to navigate the area.
