Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle-Tacoma Airport/Tukwila

We stayed here traveling from Florida to and from an Alaskan Cruise from Seattle. This has to be one of the nicest hotels at this level I have been to. Great service including luggage assistance and delicious breakfast. But the room! It was huge the size of an apartment and it really put the “home” into Homewood. Bed was very comfy. A few minutes from airport- only place to stay if you need accommodations near Seattle/Seatac.

I showed up at 8 am for breakfast. There was no coffee (both pots empty). I told the front desk. I went over to the buffet and there were no eggs or bacon. There was a crowd standing around and a lady asked a worker in Spanish about the eggs. He looked and feigned surprise. About 20 minutes later I asked the same guy about the eggs and he went over and looked and feigned surprise again. It’s now 8:45 and the breakfast closes at 9. I guess nobody is getting breakfast or coffee this morning. I guess it was a delay tactic since 8 am.

I’ve had the opportunity to stay at this hotel a few times over the years and the staff have always been gracious and friendly. The facility is maintained well. Exceptionally kind team, despite being more high maintenance than most of their guests they went above and beyond to address most of my concerns. Big thank you to Victor, the facilities/security/customer service professional who went out of his way to ensure some of my concerns were addressed. He fixed the ice machine and an issue with the hotel desk phone. The front desk staff, the guest services team were very communicative and had a very lovely tone when addressing me. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for such a hard working staff and I hope any guest that comes through takes the opportunity to show their gratitude for people/professionals that are often under appreciated and recognized for their work. Something as simple as coming back to a clean and tidy room is something we/I take for granted. Thank you for a good stay.

The room was a great sized room with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The pool was fun for the kids. Continental breakfast had everything you could ask for! Great location next to the starfire sports complex. Will stay again for sure!

This is the second time our family has stayed here and we enjoyed it both times! We love the full kitchen amenities and the wide open space making it feel just like home. My two young children really enjoyed their time and the complimentary breakfast was a plus, especially with young children. We didnt have to worry about going out to buy food and had more time to focus on other things.

Was really impressed with our stay here. Located in a quiet area right on the Green River where you walk out your door just steps from a trail along the River. One bedroom suite was very comfortable like having a fully furnished condo. Breakfast was great and service from the staff was over the top where they really tried to make guests comfortable. We do considerable travel and I usually never write a review but this place definitely deserves one.

Check-in was quick and easy, lots of parking available and parking was free, which was a plus. They offer housekeeping after the 2nd day (we stayed 4 days), but we did not get this service. This was after we informed the front desk we needed housekeeping bc we have young kids and needed trash taken out, more towels, etc. Front desk confirmed the service but we came back to a room that wasn’t cleaned. That was our biggest complaint but everything else was fine with the stay.

The Room were great and the staff service, so friendly and accommodating, the pool and lounge area with the bbq is an amazing amenity .and the best “hotel” breakfast I’ve had, we live in the area but definitely be back for another weekend getaway

My wife and I were in Washington fo appointments. The staff, the breakfast, the rooms, and the cleanliness were great!

Our company sent 15 employees to work in Seattle for 2 months. Janina Ligaya (Director of Sales) walked us through the business billing and contract, and we were given fantastic rates. She was so responsive to our questions. Janina was also there to great all of the employees, when they arrived, to ensure that check in went smoothly. The staff at Homewood Suites was exceptional and friendly. Our employees were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and the comforts of the living room, kitchen and separate bedrooms. They especially enjoyed the pool, basketball court and BBQ area. Due to the terrific service, our company will continue to book with Homewood Suites.
