Good hotel with excellent staff and quiet position away from tourist crowds.Good restaurants in the close proximity

Nice rooms. Free wifi. Good breakfast (although for a fee).

Warm welcome by Pedro at reception. Nice smell in hotel communal areas quiet music marble floors like a spa retreat from hot vity of Lisbon outside. Air conditioning top class. Breakfast brilliant choice of hams cheese so many types of bread mini pastries mini fruit salads cereals 3 hot items etc, lovely breakfast room bright and cool,sunny courtyard too. 5 mins walk to 2 metro station 15 mins ride into downtown lisbon or 40 mins walk. Bathroom nice alghough inside of door slightly water damaged. Cleaner missed a dirty glass one day but otherwise very clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend

The hotel meets all of the most basic needs - the room had a bed, and a bathroom, and there was something served in the morning which could be considered a breakfast. However in terms of enjoyment, there wasn't much on offer. If you're looking for a very standard accommodation with a relatively good location, then this is the place for you. The location was reasonably good, with bus routes outside the door and a 5 minute walk to the tube station. City centre is not a walkable distance from the hotel.

Small hotel with very helpful staff in a pleasant mixed residential/business neighborhood. Three excellent restaurants on the block. About 4 blocks to metro. Could add some more bathroom amenities.

The Sana is a fairly good hotel and was good value BUT it is not as convenient to the subway as one might think from a map. The Sao Sebastian metro stop has multiple exits, well separated and two lines - one direct from Airport. Even from the nearest Metro exit the hotel is not very close (5-8 minutes walk) and actually getting to the right exit inside Metro is complicated. If you do not want to go downtown much it is fine and the breakfasts at 8 Euro are very good value.

Nicely appointed hotel. The breakfast was varied, the homemade yogurts were delicious. Pleasant and light dining room.

Average, clean, functional hotel - what you would expect from a corporate three star hotel. However, there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room or lobby which is a big minus for me. But staff were pleasant and breakfast was good. Big positive was the hotel is located close to some very good restaurants.

Hotel is modern & comfortable. Bar facility in lobby small. Over 3 block walk to Hop on Bus. Parking very tight in basement underground for mid-size cars. Hotel seemed more suited to business travelers than tourists.

This is a pleasant hotel, close to the Guilbenkian Museum. While not in the centre of the old part of town, there is a very good Metro service from the nearby station. Rooms are comfortable and a good breakfast is available, including some hot food.
