Very small rooms,good breakfast, great helpful staff, easy access to metro and surroundings

Very acceptable. Only issue was that we booked this hotel because it advertised parking included. There are only 22 spaces for 72 rooms but did not say so in ad. Also, parking spaces are so little you need to have someone guide you down the ramp and into and out of parking spaces. To their credit they were very helpful in guiding us.

Very nice hotel in quiet non tourist area, close to the metro. Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms and public areas, excellent breakfast , highly recommend would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful hotel and wonderful staff let down by management decision that the air conditioning could be turned off. Rooms were like ovens, even with the window open. Apparently the air con will be turned on eventually but check before booking!

Close to Metro stop. Good for car users as has underground parking - best to have a small car.

We were a bit disappointed in our hotel experience at SANA. First of all, it was incredibly difficult to find, especially in a car. It is located in a tall urban building on a semi-pedestrian street. Fortunately the hotel staff were able to offer us directions over the phone, but not before we spent 30 minutes driving around trying to find it. The photos of the hotel exterior when we booked did not look like the hotel. The free parking offered by the hotel is in an underground garage which is incredibly tight and difficult to navigate unless you drive a smart car or mini. If we had had even a slightly larger car (we were driving a Megane) I don’t think we would have fit. Finally, the room itself, while modern and clean, was not terribly comfortable. The mattress was incredibly hard, the pillows lumpy, and the sheets made it feel as though you were sleeping on cardboard. Finally, when we checked into the hotel the staff informed us that we had only booked for one person (I booked through orbitz and never saw any option to change the number of people, I just booked the room type) and we owed 16 euros additional for my husband. Not a huge fee but when the hotel was sold to me as a cheaper option than others in the area it was definitely not what I wanted to hear. One positive was that they offer breakfast with the stay and it was a good spread with many options.

A pleasant hotel in the center of Lisbon, perfect for those who want to see the city. Walkable distance to subway and lots of shopping and restaurants around. Breakfast was great with several options. If you bring a car be careful because although the hotel has a parking garage, it is very limited and very tight to move around (bring a small car). Not many parking spaces in the streets nearby. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Would stay again.

While not within a realistic walking distance of Braixa-/Chiado, two Metro stations are a 10 minute walk, and Metro will get you there ina matter of minutes.
