I liked it and can use it again in the future when I am in Lisbon.

Great hotel. Close to metro and shopping. Breakfast and housekeeping great. Would recommend.

Very good location, near restaurants, shopping and sites. The front desk personnel were very helpful answering our questions and helping us with the local metro. We were able to get to several of the sites of Lisbon using the metro. Very good breakfast selections. parking was free.

Stayed twice good value and location for dining and close to the airport.

A smaller hotel with good service comfortable rooms in a great location and area with many dining options close by. The property fronts a very nice pedestrian only street within easy walking distance of many services. We enjoyed our stay

The hotel is very far from the center of town. I took it only because they offered 'free parking.' But the night before I arrived, I received an email stating that they didn't have any spots available and could not accommodate large cars. Luckily I didn't see this email before arrival but in fact their garage was tiny. I inched into a spot but the entire garage was empty. Additionally before arriving it took a full 45 minutes to actually get to the hotel as it was impossible to locate via GPS as it is located in a pedestrian only area - or so it seemed. Apparently you had to drive onto the cobbled pedestrian way in order to access the hotel but I only found that out after circling five times trying to figure it out on my own, with the help of a different hotel concierge! and ultimately by pulling into an illegal parking spot and getting a hand drawn map by this hotel's concierge. In short - it was an absolute nightmare to find, a hassle to park and just NOT car friendly. This is the only reason I took a hotel so far out of the action - for my car but it was a disaster. Otherwise the hotel was fine if limited in amenities.

All in all a good hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free parking was a plus in the downtown area, but if you have a bigger car good luck. One of the tightest garages I’ve been in. There is nothing the hotel can do to change it either.

Great stay for a couple days. It’s near the airport so it’s great for early flights. Only advise is to warn guest that the parking is extremely narrow and tight - I think it’s made for portable European cars. It would’ve been helpful to put a sign as a warning at the door before cars enter. It’s also a one way so backing out is a extreme pain.
