Room very dark. Pillows very soft and uncomfortable. Did request firm pillows but none available.

Convenient location walking distance to a lot of good restaurants

Great staff and the breakfast was very nice. There is minimum onsite parking but for only the smallest of cars. The hotel is situated on a cobblestone street (that we thought was a sidewalk) but you can drive on it. We had to call the hotel for driving instructions. Parking is underground with a roll up door directly beside the hotel entrance door.

Good location, for a "Sana" hotel, expected the room to be better.

Room service did not renew bottle of water, shampoo and soap through out the stay. Shower water leaked through the glass shade、so floor always got wet ! Elevator malfunctions sometimes !

Good location for decent restauants and only 3 blocks to metro and close to shopping centre. Only one block to 2 museums and a beautiful park. Included breakfast was good.

Nice hotel with clean quiet comfortable room with modern facilities. Good wifi. Nice king bed. Close to subway only about 10 minute walk. Great buffet breakfast with big variety of fresh fruits, bread and pastries, scrambled eggs, juices good coffee. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay again.

Worse experience so far! They were advertised on Expedia to have parking, when I got there the receptionsist said it was full. The room was dirty and noisy, I could hear the air conditioning it was so loud and whenever the neighbors went to the bathroom I would wake up from the toilet flush and the movement
