It was a good value for an overnight while traveling
Our room had no shower curtain, the faucet was falling off the wall in the tub, the pool was unusable due to algae, the WiFi was horrible. The bed made our backs hurt and the room just did not look clean.
The hotel was overpriced. The following weekend the price is half what it was for our visit. Pool was green .
The room was clean. It could use a little updating. The staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed.
The staff was phenomenal in accomodating a group of 12 we had up here in Bristol. With that being said, the overall conditions were less than ideal. The A/C was so loud that I didn’t get much sleep the whole trip and I didn’t bother asking to switch rooms because a good number of their rooms weren’t available because they didn’t have hot water. I was actually assigned to one and thankfully the staff made me aware and moved my room before I had to find out the hard way. Again, staff was amazing, I think the place just needs some TLC and maintenance. For the price point I honestly can’t complain too much though.
It was good overall
Staff was never available even when we needed to check out. Bathroom was in terrible shape, no hot water, window was filthy, no ice on the first floor and no elevator where the ice machine was lobby was dir.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, only thing was pool could have been a little cleaner. In their defense we have had several storms lately so that is likely a factor but otherwise beds and everything were clean and comfortable will definitely stay again
Convenient location off the highway. Comfortable king bed and spacious room. Great value for the price.
