Very clean. Would stay here again. Price was good.
The night clerk Richard was very friendly and I arrived very late. He was there the next morning and remembered our conversation from my checkin and was helpful in finding a place to get breakfast. My only complaint about the property is that they did not offer and coffee creamer that didn't contain sugar. I will definitely choose this property if I am in Bristol and I will recommend it to my friends

Room outdated. Multiple areas in the hallway and around the building in need of repair.
It was very spacious had a pool and was very quiet and relaxing
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The worst part- my car was vandalized in the night…the taillight was broken and my trailer hitch/bumper cover was stolen. The car was parked right in front of the hotel entrance.
The stay was nice and quiet and the suite we stayed in was very nice! The only problem that we experiencing was that the air conditioner was off when we arrived. The room was hotter than hell so we had to leave for a few hours and came back later when it was cooled off. Just try to turn on the A/C at least a couple of hours before hotel guests arrive.

Periodically we like to get away and we always come to the Arcadia Inn in Bristol Virginia their environment always makes us feel very safe the staff is always great and friendly and thorough and the rooms overall atmosphere is very clean and welcome to you thank you very much Arcadia Inn a special thanks to the staff
