Cedar House Boutique B&B

It was very clean, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable and the grounds were just stunning. Breakfast was delicious with a great continental selection and a cooked breakfast that was absolutely delicious. The pool, sauna and hot tub were a also great extra addition.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Old fashioned elegance. Very large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom. Good ample breakfast.

Dining room seating arrangements a bit chaotic on first morning. Second morning much better.

Not a lot

Cockroaches x5 killed in the bathroom Very poor cleaning Nowhere near what the pictures showed, it would say it was missold There was no communication from the owner after the cockroaches were killed over 2 days . General hygiene was very poor , room not cleaned to the standard you would expect glass in the bathroom was disgusting clearly not cleaned . I could go on and on

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab Müsli und diverses Obst. Wunderschöner großer Garten.

Pool, Whirlpool als auch Sauna sind in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Trotzdem hat es bei Sonne seinen Charme .

Appartamento molto bello in stile; molto apprezzata l’offerta di acqua e caffè in camera. Struttura bellissima in campagna

The breakfast was superb.

We stayed in the Olive house and it was perfect. We loved the courtyard and the decor of our suite suited us perfectly. We loved the hot tub and pool area set in the beautiful gardens.

B & B in a beautiful setting, perfect location for the coast and New Forest. Attractive building and gardens with swimming pool. Really good breakfast selection with homemade preserves. Just felt some of the attention to detail was lacking. The area around our room was tired, the patio slabs looked like they needed a good clean and the door lock seemed very flimsy, the 2 armchairs weren’t that clean. Plus the ashtray on the patio table still had cigarette ends in it. It’s a shame because it could’ve been the perfect stay.
