Just wanted to say thank you to Ayu Diah who went above and beyond in her service for our recent visit for my sister's wedding. Thank you for all your hard work and being there for us all day. You were amazing!

Mir hat besonders gut gefallen, dass die Unterkunft abgelegen war – also nicht direkt im Trubel von Ubud – und es zusätzlich sogar ein Shuttle gibt. Das ist wirklich super praktisch. Eine wunderschöne Anlage, mitten in Tegalalang gelegen. Was ich unbedingt noch hervorheben muss: Die Mitarbeiter und das gesamte Personal bieten einen Service, den ich so noch nie erlebt habe – wirklich top, top, top, over the top und unglaublich freundlich. Wir haben es jeden einzelnen Tag genossen.

Natürlich gab es ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wir sofort über den WhatsApp-Kanal an den Servicedesk gemeldet haben – und sie wurden absolut prompt erledigt. Mehr gibt es dazu wirklich nicht zu sagen. Und ja, es ist ein asiatisches Land: Der Putzstandard ist nicht ganz derselbe wie in Österreich, aber alles war rundum sauber und man merkt, wie sehr sich alle bemühen.

We stayed at Aksari in September. It was absolutely amazing. The place, the surroundings, and the people were so wonderful, kind, and welcoming. The staff did everything for us. One day when I wasn’t feeling well, they even drove out to get medicine for me. Whenever we came back from shopping, they met us and carried our bags down to the villa for us. They have the most romantic and idyllic place you can imagine. I don’t think we’ll ever experience a better hotel/villa than this. It was much better than we had expected. I highly recommend going here. It’s a dream. Nothing negative to say. Just book the trip — it’s well worth the money.

I thought the Property was beautiful but what struck us more was the kind and attentive staff. Thank you to KOMANG SUGITHA- you were our favourite. Also thank you Lina and Ayu Diah. Special thanks to our front staff Ema, Yoga, Utami, Okta, and Wulan

I really enjoyed the food and the fish were great. The breakfast just add more aot will be great. Thank to ayudiah she beyond of everyone, we love our room and enjoy our stay

Very beautiful, nice and close to Tegallagang Rice Terraces and Alas Harum. Pools and hot tub were excellent and service was exceptional. Ayu Diah was very helpful at check in and Putu’s yoga classes were great!
