We stayed at Aksari using luxury escape voucher. We stayed in 2 bedroom pool Villa. As soon as my family and I stepped into the hotel we were welcomed and place looked absolutely amazing. Hotel looked clean, amazing view, rooms are very clean and super big. Amenities they use are excellent. Yes, there are lots of bugs, lizard and Gecko but that is the Jungle, I guess. All staff were amazing however Lovi provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making the experience great. Her infectious smile and positive attitude instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable. Another superstar is Steptiyari. A big thank you to her who made our trip very memorable. Lovi and Septi truly went above and beyond, and they made a lasting impression. Also thank you to Wulan for her very kind gesture and smile. Thanks to Ayu for understanding and thanks for all other staff. Staff and chef made efforts to make suitable meal for us as luxury escape menu has limitations for veg or vegan people. Some of points I like to mention for management: 1. More menu offering for Vegetarian or vegan people and Consistency in food. 2. Please provide more shuttle service to Ubud city center. Customer come for 3-4 nights do not have plans well in advance. I had to book 1 day before and that also time slot full. Management needs to be flexible. 3. Similar to above point, SPA booked very fast so if you could advice customer well ahead of check in, customer can book SPA in advance. Most of people come there and book but then time not available. 4. Some more activities so customer come for longer period can enjoy more.

We could not be more happy with our stay at Aksari. The people are exceptional- so kind and wanting to make your stay the very best possible. They could literally not do enough for us! Our room was spacious and comfortable Yoga with Wida was a lovely way to start the day with her gentle invitation to smile and bring good energy to yourself and others Yoga with Putu was challenging but wonderful! The food was excellent.

I went to Bali alone and spent almost five full days at this hotel. It was my personal getaway to slow down and spend time with myself. The hotel turned out to be the perfect place for that — a deep silence reigned here, broken only by the distant sound of a river and birds singing. In the mornings, I didn't want to get up because of such coziness and peace, but I disciplined myself to rise — because yoga started at 7:30. And it was worth it. Yoga became the main discovery of my trip. I arrived as a complete beginner, never having done it before. I just decided to start. My first guide was Master Putu. I took a class with him only once, but it was unforgettable. He is very calm and confident, exuding a sense of complete safety. It was with his help, under his guidance, that I managed to stand on my head! I couldn't believe it was possible on the very first try. Also, after his class, I began to feel muscles I never knew I had. It was an amazing sensation of the body awakening. After that, my teacher was Wida. She continued my immersion into the world of stretching and mindful movement. Wida was radiant with her smile and such kindness that it made me want to try even harder. Every morning with her was like a friendly yet very professional workout, after which you feel collected, strong, and happy. Both masters — Putu and Wida — are true professionals. Practicing with them is not just physical exercise; it's receiving a charge of positive energy. Another highlight of the stay was the massage. The therapist's name was Indra. It was the most wonderful, high-quality, and relaxing massage, perfectly complementing the morning yoga. After her session, I felt completely renewed. And, of course, a huge thank you to all the friendly hotel staff. Every employee greeted me with a smile, creating a genuinely warm atmosphere. They are always ready to help, and their hospitality truly supports the hotel's ambiance. To anyone seeking silence and a true rest for body and soul, I highly recommend this hotel. Be sure to attend the yoga classes and get a massage. This is one of those cases where the details create a perfect vacation. I am leaving as a different person — calmer, toned, and fulfilled.
