"Well come again"

We loved the place. Staff were friendly and rooms clean and the atmosphere so relaxing. Yoga with Wadi was a treat. We’d never done yoga before but Wadi was patient and her instructions clear so for first timers we could not have asked for more. Thank you

"Not worth the money I spent on my stay."

The property itself it lovely and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

The sound of furniture being dragged across the floor all day and night just about drove me insane!!! So much for having a relaxing and peaceful stay. It was far from it. The food options at the restaurant and bar was quite limited.

スタッフの対応最悪。 森の中なので虫がおおい。 レストランのテーブルも虫だらけで何度か定員さんに退治してもらいました。 また夜から朝にかけて水が出ず、シャワーもトイレも行けず大変困りました。 スタッフに水が出ない件伝えると、スタッフが1人しか居ないため、朝まで待って欲しいと。 部屋を変えてもらうことも何も対応されずでした。 朝スタッフに伝えるもすいませんのみ。 結構チェックアウト30分前まで水がでないままでした。 スタッフの対応最悪。 こちらのサイトから返金対応つたえるも、次回15パーセトOFFしかできませんとの事。 こんなホテル二度と行きたくありません。 スタッフの対応悪くほんとにここはおすすめしません。

The resort was clean and quiet, which was nice.

Honestly, the restaurant at Aksari Resort Ubud was a huge disappointment. Breakfast was extremely weak, and the lunch and dinner options were almost impossible — overpriced and very low quality. I was shocked to be charged 17 AUD for just two coffees! The food experience was really bad, and it felt completely out of place compared to the peaceful and clean resort itself. I never expected such poor value.😡
