The breakfast was delicious and varied each day. Staff remembered our coffee orders and were most helpful with heating up food which had gone cold.

The breakfast area looks over the jungle and is quite spectacular, however, the arrangement of the buffet could improve with the polular fruit stand in a crowded corner, making it a congested. Also, the fruit is in covered tubs, meaning staff do not always know when fruit runs out.

Очень крутой сервис, один из лучших, что мы получали на Бали. Расположение на севере Убуда - тишина, красота, отель стоит в 200 метрах от дороги, подъезд удобный, шикарный вид из номера, очень крутой номер, удобная кровать, бассейн и теплый джакузи, бесплатные йога классы в 7-30 утра, шикарный завтрак формата шведский стол - один из самых лучших. Отдельно отмечу Guest Relations - очень заботливая, они создают ватсап чат при заезде и есть возможность моментально получать ответы на вопросы и оставлять обратную связь, что очень удобно.

Уставшая фурнитура - тяжело открываются шкафы-купе, отвалилась в первый день кнопка на унитазе-инсталляции, техник починил, но кнопка опять отвалилась, уже не стали никого вызывать. Нужно немного освежить и сделать ренновацию фурнитуры.

The staff was so helpful, very friendly and ready to help at all times. The reception staff was amazing. Okta remembered my name even at breakfast and Wulan was very hospitable and helped with what ever I needed.

I had a wonderful 5 nights at Aksari - it was my first time solo travelling, and the staff and beautiful setting made it an incredible and memorable experience. Everything you could need is provided for, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are so welcoming and friendly. I had a number of transfers to activities outside the resort organised by the Aksari team (particular thanks to Wulan and Okta) who made the experiences seamless. I found the room to be clean and well maintained, with a lovely outlook to the jungle and river. There is a wide range of food and drink options at the restaurant and the quality was excellent. The pool area was a beautiful space to spend the day reading. I particularly enjoyed morning yoga with Wida on the rooftop, and found daily spa treatments a wonderful way to relax and unwind. The resort itself is secluded and quiet, creating a peaceful atmosphere amongst nature, but still within easy access to ubud centre should you wish to explore. I really enjoyed my time at Aksari and only wish I stayed longer - I will definitely be back!
