The staff were incredibly welcoming, and fully invested in making sure our stay was fulfilling. They asked about our plans, how each day went, and our food plans. Their suggestions for daily exploration were very helpful. Both restaurants were fantastic, and we loved exploring the property

Incredible location - however an overall let down 👎 Pros - Sensationally friendly staffers who tried their very best ✅ Location was unbelievable and isolated - a motorcycle 🏍️ rental business and corner milk bar are two handy nearby supports Scenery was great with the sound of tropical creeks and water falls throught Food was high level quality ✅ Cons : Noise - expect to be woken up with roosters at 4.50 am and moving house keeping or tenant furniture from 6.00 am or earlier ... Could not believe the noise levels 🤦 ... Works - despite paying top dollar 💰 for the week in May 2026 we had an army of builders and workers carting gravel on their heads daily from 7.00 am turning the well being retreat into a busy noisy dirty work zone 🤦 Rooms - Average and riddled with mould from significant condensation .. cheap moisture catchers were on and did nothing ❎ Cost - food and drink are extremely expensive - just because you're labelled a "Resort" doesn't equate to "we can charge you plenty" No recompense by management for the week of disruption and poor poor sleep We can't recommend this place ❎ at all

Aksari Ubud was the most beautiful and magical place for our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful, romantic, and intimate, with the perfect mix of Balinese beauty, privacy, and luxury. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be. The setting was stunning, the ceremony felt deeply special, and the whole experience was something we will remember forever. It was not only magical for us, but also for our guests, who were able to enjoy such a unique and beautiful location with us. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire experience. They helped everything feel smooth, calm, and personal, which allowed us to relax and fully take in the day. The rooms, views, food, service, and overall atmosphere were all amazing. Aksari Ubud gave us the perfect place to celebrate our wedding, spend time with our loved ones, and create memories that will stay with us forever. We would highly recommend Aksari Ubud to any couple looking for a romantic, meaningful, and unforgettable wedding or honeymoon experience in Bali.

It’s truly a beautiful place, tucked away on the quieter side of Ubud near Tegallalang. Peaceful, relaxing, and almost surreal in its beauty. The rooms are incredibly spacious — even the lower-priced options feel luxurious and comfortable. The room service was fantastic, and the food was divine throughout our stay. The property is also quite mobility-friendly, with plenty of sloped pathways to reduce the need for stairs, although some areas still have a few steps. What really made this place special was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, polite, and attentive. They genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, regularly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. We also had our wedding here, and it honestly felt like a dream. The setting is absolutely picturesque and perfect for smaller, intimate weddings. Every detail was beautiful, and the atmosphere made the entire experience unforgettable. The spa also deserves a special mention — it offers an amazing range of services and was one of the highlights of our stay. Another pleasant surprise was how quiet and mosquito-free the area felt compared to other parts of Bali. It is a little further from central Ubud, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. Staying here truly allows you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and fully relax into the feeling of being on a real holiday. Running out of words to describe just how wonderful everything was. Highly recommended.

We had such a beautiful stay at Aksari Resort Ubud. The villa room was so peaceful, relaxing and surrounded by nature — exactly what we needed for a reset. A special thank you to Wulan and Arwan who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay, but honestly every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and special. The food was delicious, service was always prompt, and the whole experience felt calm and luxurious from start to finish. The couples massage experience was also incredible — so relaxing and one of the highlights of our trip. Everything felt thoughtful, calming and beautifully presented. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back again!
