Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. De service van Medewerkster Wulan was perfect, ze was erg behulpzaam en ontzettend aardig. Het ontbijt was erg goed. Erg goed gegeten in de restaurants van het verblijf. De spa/massage was perfect.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, well maintained and picture perfect. The staff are so attentive and make sure you’re enjoying every second of your stay, they go above and beyond for you. We throughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return next year.

We had an amazing stay at Aksari Resort Ubud. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing family trip in Ubud. A special thanks to Okta and Wulan, who assisted us throughout our entire stay via WhatsApp. They were always responsive, kind, professional, and very helpful with every request we had. Their support truly made our experience smoother and more enjoyable. We also want to thank Wayans, the driver who took us for our rafting and Quad ATV activities. He was punctual, friendly, safe driver, and made the whole day very comfortable and enjoyable for us. The service overall was excellent, the staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Aksari Hotel Resort. We tried both restaurants and they were amazing—especially the sushi, which we absolutely loved. The overall experience was excellent. The outdoor pools were beautiful and not crowded at all, making it very relaxing. We also joined the morning yoga session, which was perfect and very calming. A special thanks to Wulan and Okta, who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, the reception responded quickly and efficiently. We stayed in a pool villa, and features like the projector and Alexa made the experience even more enjoyable. As a welcome, we were offered a 15-minute massage, which was a lovely touch and really enhanced our stay. The hotel was so beautiful and comfortable that we didn’t even feel the need to leave for a whole day—we just enjoyed our time there to the fullest. Overall, it was truly a great experience.
