This rating if more about the inability to be flexible and put the customer first. We had been traveling for hours and I booked on Expedia for that night (Sat) and would be arriving in about an hour. Within a few minutes, I realized I had accidentally booked for the following night (Sun). I contacted Expedia, Hilton and spoke to the front desk and no one was helpful or interested in giving me a refund for my mistake. I understand the policy but would be very nice if they could be a little forgiving/flexible. We ended up staying at the Hampton and had to pay for 2 nights for our 1 night stay. Will never be back. They said in the future book directly with the hotel instead of going through Expedia and it would be easier to get the money back. Just overall very frustrating!

"Not the cleanest, friendly staff"

Although the people were nice and friendly, the cleanliness of this hotel has a lot to be desired. There was leftover food from someone in our room’s frig…yuck! And the carpet in the halls and elevator needed vacuuming. Overall our room’s bathroom needed attention. With all of that it makes me wonder what cleaning they actually do. Won’t be staying here again and has me losing some faith in the Hilton brand.

"Fantastic Breakfast"

Check-was very easy. Room was very clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Whoever worked that morning was meticulous in keeping everything stocked and clean. I was most impressed. That employee should be recognized.

Very comfortable and nice

Plumbing issue. Flushing the toilet caused a backup in the bathtub. Using the faucet in the sink cause bubbles into the toilet. We reported to front desk and they will have maintenance look into it

"Convenient location for business travelers, a lot of bars and food options around."

This hotel is off the interstate in a quiet area. There are a lot of options for food and bars around within 10 minutes drive, places to run, or walk. The staffs are courteous, breakfast is ok and the indoor pool that opens until midnight. Rooms are clean, with fridge but no microwave, the fitness center is a little small but good enough.
