It was a beautiful hotel and the views of the river were amazing

The low toilet and not having a microwave in the room

Poor Rooms Noisy Rooms - Noice from AC machine below on terrace of our room - we could not sleep as sound decibel is too high We book pool facing room and we got very bad side of room Rooms are aged and very dirty carpets

The location was great because it was directly on the Savannah River and we had a nice view. Easy walk to the River Street shops. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The bed was a little firm for my preference. It needs a thick mattress pad. Also, there needs to be exhaust fans in the bathrooms.

The location was very easy to access the hotel and amenities right near the water. We did see a live roach when we first entered but after we kicked it out we had no issues. We utilized the restaurant in the hotel and the service was great and super nice. Our room was pretty decent views of the water which we appreciated. Would stay again.

I had stayed at this hotel years ago. What a disappointment this time. I was surprised how dirty the common areas were across the hotel. Bathrooms, restaurant and elevators. Food order at bar/restaurant on a Saturday night took way to long. Food is severely overpriced for the state of the hotel. The carpet throughout the hotel needs replacing immediately. The air conditioning was not running properly. A complete and total disappointment. Don't recommend.

Best hotel for business and personal. I came for work. The concierge lounge was awesome and so helpful for a business person. Kimberly that ran the lounge was so helpful and did a top notch job. Mae at the front desk was super helpful. Both went above and beyond with customer service. The hotel location was perfect to access restaurants and fun
