"Acceptable but below Marriott par."

We had some issues concerning room cleanup and or freshing up. Called to have fresh towels and bed made up and were not aware that this service is only every other day. As room rates keep going up service continues to go down and compromised. So long to the old days when customers were King!!

"Hotel great , but"

The hotel was great, however my TV was not working. I did go to the front desk and let them know, they said they would have a "engineer" come up and look at it. Never happened Normally j wouldn't say anything, but the NBA playoffs were on. Disappointed

"Do not stay here"

DO NOT STAY HERE, THE PLACE IS DEPRESSING. My wife and I checked in for a three day visit to Savannah. It is literally the furthest hotel from the Historic District.Being on the river loses its charm after 5 minutes. The carpet in the room was gross, it smelled and even the concierge suite smelled.We checked out after one day and went to the Municipal Grand which was a little more but 1000 times better. Our depression about the Marriot lifted the moment we entered the lobby of The Municipal Grand
