Sanctuary Rooms

It looks much better than it is. We had a problem with water pouring from another room. The kitchen is equipped, but the stove does not work.

The bed was good.

The floor was dusty and not clean. There was not wastebin or a waste cover to thrash things. The owner wasn't responding to the basic needs.

The location and room were wonderful .

We have very few complaints. The only problem was figuring out the key system. Having it explained more in detail would have helped.

Location was nice, AC works.

Not sure where to start really.. Avoid this place at all cost. Please. - Dirty Underwear in the closet - Shower only cold water - Shower drain clogged - Missing door in the shower - One of the beds is extremely shallow - ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST. - No WIFI, even after asking - Wanted to frame us for poor lamp build quality.. And more.. just not worth the struggle.

The free breakfast was great, as was the view from the balcony! The bed was comfortable as well, great location.

The bathroom clearly was not cleaned properly as we have found someone’s hair in the shower. Also one of the sliding doors was missing so the water would get everytwherw. Hot water disappeared on the first night and had to take cold showers until checking out

The location is great, only a 8minute walk to Pompeii site. The room was a lot bigger than we expected and the bathroom was big and bright too.

It was a little confusing to find the building, and the shower drain wouldn't drain properly.

The location is really good and when you have a balcony with street view is really good.

When we arrived we received the other room without balcony without any information about. They didn’t even inform us they have to change it. So after whole conversation they chose for us a different room with the same requirements like we ordered. But there Was really dirty bathroom, it seems they don’t use any specific cleaner for shower and sink. In the shower was some hairs and it was disgusting. Nowhere was the floor washed and on balcony was a dirty table. Owner called any cleaning lady and she fixed it. Very thin walls and you cold heard everything from your neighborhood 🫣
