Sanctuary Rooms

It is located right next to the city centre and quite close to the archaeological park.

The wifi did not work which we told the owner per WhatsApp but he either did not believe us or did not care because he just sent us the name of the WiFi which was of no use since it did not appear on any of our devices. There was no toilet seat and little toilet paper. The room lacked charm. It was not clear how to get breakfast.

Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Location was amazing.

Couldn't take a hot shower. In fact, I didn't at all. The water was cold. We were in the last room, wifi wasn't working. There should be a print paper in every room with wifi password, and not a piece of paper in the corridor in which the light wasn't working. It is a nice place but with a little effort could be excellent.

Not much The host did not send through the information on how to access the property until it was too late. After a resident let us in the front door. and told us our rooms were on the 4th floor. A cleaner with no English let us in. The apartment was dirty. All the crockery was dirty and the place was full of mosquitoes. The bed was uncomfortable and shook when you moved. There was a very narrow gap to get to the toilet. The host never showed up . We had to txt her our docs. We had booked for 3 nights but left after 2 as our stay was so bad.

The beds were very comfortable.

No internet connection because the password was hand written. They didn’t give us the information about the breakfast and we had to figure it out by ourselves.

Good description of how the self check-in works. Very fast response to email when we had an issue with something conerning the room plus the issue was solved very quickly. Awesome breakfast/croissant across the street. Close to downtown and train station. Would stay there again and could recommend it.

The room was very adequate very economical is very central to the downtown District of Pompeii, and very close to the Pompeii ruins. What’s the restaurant in shopping opportunities within 500 m.
