Terrible rude staff The front desk were aggressive and demeaning esp one of the younger receptionists When she admitted the bill was wrong she appeared angry and offered no apology Breakfast was a nightmare .. with no buffet ordering your food took forever and the breakfast staff were unfriendly with no smile and a could not care place manner

Room was dark and dingy with no fresh air

Nicely newly renovated. Rooms are tasteful and comfortable. Staff friendly and professional. Special shout out to Soile at reception, who made us feel special.

I was drawn-into Glenna's Market, nestled in the Hyatt’s atrium by a smile that lit up the entire atrium. As I ordered a nitro-brew and breakfast sandwich, I learned that the team member behind that infectious smile was Cecilia. Though the smile would’ve been enough, Cecilia provided excellent customer service, ensuring that my beverage & sandwich was made perfectly to my preference. Her communication and social skills matched her customer service skills - 100% professional experience. I would recommend leveraging Cecilia as a role model & mentor for the team. Though the cold brew and sandwich were good, it was Cecilia’s smile, professionalism, and kindness that will have me talking about Glenna’s & returning!

Stayed 1 night for a wedding. Excellent staff communication, room was clean and bed was incredibly comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

A+ all the way! I was in transit from Virginia to Maine & this location was perfect for both a gathering, a great meal and walk inside the amazing atrium. The early premier of "Devil Wears Prada 2" was showing in theon site theatre to a sold out crowd making a Thursday evening a fun vibe versus a business gathering. The bar shows sports shows and the whole area is clean. The rooms at Hyatt hotels are always clean and well appointed, so it was as expected. The self parking option [for a fee] is perfect & the area is safe, secure and well maintained.

It's really pretty and the front desk personnel are really nice, blah blah blah, but the establishment is old and therefore the walls are paper thin. You'll hear every conversation, every flush, every snore during your stay.

We had a great last minute stop here on our road trip. The waiter played shuffleboard with my daughter! Really wonderful and warm staff.
