Extremely loud - rooms at night were not insulated well. Very loud hallway noise. Would not likely return to this particular location

I checked into the Hyatt on March 19th, which was the night before my mother’s funeral. I was completely out of sorts and upon checking in this woman, behind the counter, with a warm smile on her face said you look like you could use a hug. I’ll never forget her kindness. If you run into a woman with a warm smile and a kind face, her name is Jheneel be kind to her.🥰

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were very clean and modern. I’ve never seen a bigger TV in a hotel room! Had two small problems that were taken care of in less than an hour.

This Hyatt is a fantastic choice for a business conference. We just finished a 4-day conference with 150-200 attendees daily through the event and they staff handled it flawlessly. The staff at the Hyatt is among the best that I've ever experienced at a conference (if not THE best), the food quality is outstanding, and the event facilities are very well-designed. To the entire staff at The Hyatt Regency Greenwich, you made our meeting extra special!

The staff is not very heartly. Not more than doing their job. The waitress at breakfast did not respond to 2 questions I asked her. One of them was a request to warm up my coffee. She did not answer neither did she ake my cup. After 10 minutes she came up with a new cup of coffee. Strange.
