"It was cool for me."

The property is very nice and in good location if you want venture out.

The staff was prepared to handle the crowed that was staying at the hotel as far as bar and lunch break went. But we understood and they were very nice people.

"Unclean Hyatt I ever visited"

Staff was pleasant but I guess housekeeping not doing their job

The toilet was leaking and hotel didn’t even offer to change rooms. The toilet water was flowing all over the room. They clean the room , stated they sanitized it but no room change or compensation offered. Very poor room cleaning standards. I was expecting higher standards of hygiene knowing that this is a Hyatt.
