Hyatt Regency Rochester

We were never offered any breakfast.We didn't even know there was breakfast offered with our stay.

The linens could have been of better quality and also the noise level in the hall was quite loud at night. AND morning.

NO microwave Mini fridge didn’t work, internet poor. Parking lot ticket scan was not working, couldn’t get in or out of parking garage.

Good breakfast and nice staff. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Was very cold at night. Heater started to work only in the early morning. The bed linen looked as if it wasn't fresh - very rumpled.

The hotel itself was ok, clean, nice staff, house keeping cleaned the room twice which was nice

The rooms need to be renovated, I can see the wood coming up from the banister on the floor board, also the shower doesn’t close all the way and water sprays all over the floor. The room is very dark, the window is small and it does not open, it would have been nice to have some slippers as well. The house keeping doesn’t give new towels, my last day I didn’t have a big towel to dry off with.

The receptionist was welcoming and had no long wait the parking is right on point the food was amazing the ny strips and the baby back ribs on point the drinks are great also

The price of the snacks costly

Not as great as previous times having stayed here. Nice hotel, but they definitely were not prepared for the convention. The bar was a disaster and not staffed enough. The Housekeeping person attempted entry to my room even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door and it was embarrassing because I was half-dressed at the time. The parking was convenient and not ridiculously expensive and I love the rooms because they have the vinyl plank flooring and not carpet.
