The Barnes San Francisco, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat uns gut unterstützt. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig.

Die letzte Modernisierung liegt schon ein paar Jahre zurück. Die Geräuschkulisse (z.B. Straßenlärm und Fenster-Klimaanlage) ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Stayed here twice now and this 2nd stay was even better. Frankie at the front desk was lovely and very accommodating to our needs!

Carmen and Marion gave excellent service. I had to add an additional night and had to call and ask a few questions and they made the process and my stay seamless. I would definitely recommend this location.

Comfort and convenience. That's what I liked about my stay. Close to BART/Muni/Cable Cars. Easy to get around. Staff was very helpful and nice people. My room was cleaned promptly every day and always looked great. Bathroom was shiny clean; small but fully equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The room could use a slipper chair. There were only two high chairs and a high top table. Not a problem for me, but some may not like as much. Plenty of room for another chair.

Enjoyed my 4-night stay. Can't beat the location just off Union Square and two blocks from BART/Muni/Cable Car. Check-in was a breeze, and Carmen was very helpful at the Front Desk getting everything taken care of. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Carmen even checked in with me a couple of times during my stay to see how everything was going. The building has a lot of charm (it's an older building with interesting history, but fully updated and remodeled) and was very comfortable (could use a slipper chair in the room, however). Bathroom was small but fully stocked. Plenty of hot water. The housekeeping staff kept everything nice and tidy the whole time. I was really pleased with my selection of The Barnes.

We had a fabulous stay at The Barnes. You can't beat the location, and the hotel staff were so kind and accommodating (especially Carmen, who gave us special bags with snacks and water for our kids). They were also very kind and understanding when one of our kids wet the bed. It was really nice to wake up and have breakfast available before we left each day. We could walk many places from the hotel, but had also rented a car for getting to the peninsula and Sausalito. There was a parking structure under Union Square that has an affordable daily rate, and was just a quick walk from where we were staying.

very small rooms, location is good right in the middle of the financial district but the room was just way too small

Stayed here for a friend’s bday weekend. My room was a little smaller for 2 people and I asked if I could upgrade to a larger room. Julia at the front desk was SO helpful!! She was able to get me into a larger room and even showed it to me beforehand so I could make sure it would work. She is truly an angel!

Great hotel and excellent staff!! Carmen goes above and beyond to create an amazing experience!! The hotel is conveniently located next to trolley pick up and close to many great restaurants!!
