The Westin Fort Lauderdale

Breakfast was good, service during breakfast was good also.. pool site was great, plus had some iguanas as the main attraction at the pool. I enjoy the fitness center which was also very organized and well equipped.

I'm not a fan of having a room near the elevator.. never again, I asked for a switch up that never happened so I had to deal with it, plus a little issue with the sink, bathroom was a little bit small too.

The room had a musty order. I went and bought air fresheners from the store. While the lobby smelled great my room did not

From the moment I stepped into the lobby of The Westin Lauderdale, I was thoroughly impressed with exceptional customer service, attention to detail security guard (older Gentleman/glasses - can’t remember his name my apologies) on duty and clear/concise Qs and As. From the efficient front desk personnel(specifically Jerricka - apologies in advance for any spelling errors) to the attentive housekeeping (Ms Clarke or Britney), the associates were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to accommodate any request. Overall, my stay at The Westin Lauderdale has been exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lauderdale /Broward County.

We came to the hotel for the Pop Art expo and decided to stay. Jerricka was amazing getting us checked in. We had no idea our stay would get us complimentary VIP tickets to the art expo. That was a great surprise. Also she gave our son a cookie and us some champagne to start our stay. She checked us in with great customer service. Our room was clean and big. The breakfast buffet was good and the pool area was big and clean. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.
