Was here on a business meeting and the hotel delivered everything it promised. On top of that the staff was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive. Jerricka went out of her way to accommodate us. She's an asset to your brand.

"Go elsewhere and avoid this location which is intentionally misleading customers"

I very much dislike being mislead. The property promotes offering "mobile check in and digital key" yet does not actually provide the service. The only advantage to that service is the ability to check in on my phone, receive a digital key in advance of my arrival allowing me to proceed directly to my room. When the day arrived for check in I was informed I needed to go to the front desk and provide id and form of payment in order to receive my digital key. Needless to say that is equivalent to have a pool on premise only to find out the pool doesn't have water in it. Yes they have a pool you just can't use it. Of course I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes to check in as there was only one person at the front desk and a line of 5 people in front of me. If you don't want to offer the service for "security reasons" then don't say you have it. That is just a lie. Bait and switch. To make matters worse they treat you like an idiot with polite responses that go in a circle. "The property requires you to visit the front desk to receive your digital key for security reasons" Additionally the property is dated and poorly maintained. As you can see from the photo the carpet at the entrance to my room is worn and torn. Additionally door never closed properly.
