"I would stay again just would tell the house keepers to pay more attention it cleaning the bathroom shower sink and toil"

I liked the updated look and the staff was very nice and accommodating. And the beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom could’ve used a little more TLC it wasn’t cleaned very well

Service, food & facility amenities. Mathew graciously provided a complimentary late checkout.

Without a car & with mobility issues, it was difficult to walk to shopping & restaurants. Self service laundry would be handy.

I stayed in the hotel for a couple days this month, since i get there i had the pleasure to meet Rodrigo, the front desk agent who works with great attitude and kindness. The times i saw him, he always acted with good energy and treatment to my family and me. Excellent service in that hotel!

"Amazing stay"

Had my wedding block at the Westin ( with 10 plus rooms) and stayed at the westin after my honeymoon. The staff at the westin is absolutely amazing . The team there catered to all my guests. Check in and check out was seamless and the rooms were absolutely amazing . Anytime I come to Ft Lauderdale I will be staying at the Westin . Shoutout to Jerrica and Shashana, they exemplify customer service and helped facilitate an amazing stay for myself and all guest.

"Spent to much"

Room was like any other hotel, somewhere to lay your head. Nothing special. Shower was decent. That's about it. Breakfast was over priced so we didn't have any. Just coffe from down stairs

See above. Over priced and not worth the money for what u get. No better than a Holiday Inn
