Very nice hotel

As an international airline captain, my life is a whirlwind of different time zones, high-pressure cockpits, and a revolving door of hotel lobbies. When I’m off the flight deck, I look for more than just a room; I look for a place that feels like a seamless transition to relaxation. The Westin Pompano Beach Resort delivered exactly that. The property itself is stunning, but as any seasoned traveler knows, it’s the crew on the ground that makes the difference between a stay and an experience. I want to personally highlight three individuals who went above and beyond: • Fidel (Mornings): Starting the day right is crucial when you're battling jet lag. Fidel’s morning presence is a masterclass in hospitality. His proactive attitude and professional demeanor ensured that my day began on a high note. He has a gift for making guests feel genuinely seen and welcomed the moment the sun comes up. • Rodrigo & Julio (Evenings): After a long haul, these two are the "Gold Standard." Their evening service was impeccable. Both Rodrigo and Julio operate with a level of professionalism and warmth that is rare to find. They anticipate needs before you even realize you have them, making the evening transition incredibly smooth and welcoming. In my line of work, we value precision, reliability, and a calm professional presence—qualities these three gentlemen possess in spades. Thank you to the entire team for providing a top-tier "layover" for the soul. I look forward to my next approach into Pompano and another stay at The Westin. We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Fort Lauderdale. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and truly made us feel welcome. The receptionist, Julio Ruiz, was especially kind, professional, and attentive, ensuring that our check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Throughout our stay, the staff maintained a high level of hospitality, always ready to help with a smile. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine friendliness of the team. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.
