Best Western Plus The Charles Hotel

The carpet is disgusting, the air in the room is too smelly and disgusting to breathe. Horrible experience!!!

Check in was very easy and the staff was appropriate. Room was clean and quiet. Carpets were old but clean. Breakfast was good but not being able to keep our dog in the dining room was inconvenient. Location was very easy to find and close to many things. Would recommend

Room floor was damp the whole time, bathroom the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel, room was missing tissue boxes, and there was a loud party outside one night that went until 3 am and no one called the cops from the front desk. Overall, not a great experience. Noisy location out the window the whole trip too.

It was a Delicious breafast and a good selection. The Kitchen staff were friendly. It was a great Hotel to stay at Best Western. Thank you all for providing a great experience.
