The air conditioning was not working properly. We ha to turn it down to 64 just to be comfortable. Also there were issues with the faucet in the bathtub.

Bed coverings much too heavy for temperature controlled room. The plastic knob for the bath/shower turned freely and didn't turn on the water or control its temperature.

Clean, nice staff, good breakfast.

Pleasant experience overall, easy stop off the highway and relatively safe neighborhood . Gentleman at the front desk made check-in streamlined and easy, very helpful

Enjoy our 1 night stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean, only complaint was the “pet floor” (aka the 5th floor) has a funky smell to it. Perhaps use to be a smoking floor when that was thing, but it musty and mildew smelling.

The grounds, lobby and breakfast cafe were all lovely. The room was another story. The room was humid (moist) and cool. The a/c unit emitted a weird smell, so we turned it off for our entire stay. The carpet was sticky in places, wrinkled and worn throughout, and badly stained just inside the door. Extremely disappointing.

Carpet in the room was so damp, my socks were wet walking around the room. The sheets were also very damp. Very poor sleep experience
