"Hotel Hell: Awful Service and Even Worse Managers.."

Absolutely horrible experience here. Tried checking in after the Motel across town screwed me out of my reservation so I booked quickly online. Nobody at the front desk for 40+ minutes, another guest on prosthetic legs had to sit up on the counter since there are no chairs or benches in the lobby space at all. Had to call Customer Service to get a hold of someone to ask them to get a hold of someone at the actual hotel. We get a clerk about 5 minutes later.. Finally get to my room an hour after arriving and waiting. Room is ransacked, someone's property is all over the hotel room. Looks like they left in a hurry. Found a Wallet on the nightstand too. Took pictures of everything, even documented the wallet and what was in it (or rather what wasn't, some guys ID and Card but no cash which seemed super suspect). So I call the front desk again, attendant is super apologetic and seems surprised mentioning the room was marked as cleaned. Tells me to come back up front. I make my way back to the lobby, and surprise surprise there's another line waiting still (despite the fact I just talked to the clerk 5 minute prior?) so we wait another 20 minutes or so. She's very sorry, repeats the room was marked as cleaned, gets me a new room. I hand her the wallet personally and tell her I documented everything, the wallet was empty and the room creeped me out in the state it was in. I genuinely thought I just stumbled into the leftovers of some Human Trafficking or something. She thanks me for bringing it to her attention and says she'll let the manager know about this as well. I get to my new room and try and settle in. But not even a full hour later while I'm on the line with Customer Service reporting all this gross weird stuff, the Manager and a Police Officer show up. I feel my heart sink like "oh God, DID someone really get trafficked or kidnapped from that room?" But fortunately (or unfortunately rather?) it's much stupider than that. They came up to ask me if I STOLE anything from the Room. The Room I Fully Documented and reported and even turned in a wallet from. Somehow I was checked into an active room, or at least that's the limited story I was given, and they question why I was in an occupied room for 20 minutes and that there was apparently a 2 Dollar Bill missing from the wallet. The same wallet I pictured and video'd and turned in to the front desk that had seemingly everything BUT Cash inside, but had ID and even cards. I show them all the footage and photos. Now the Manager is pushing me to LEAVE. Absolutely vile tone with me, staring daggers. "Okay well if you're so uncomfortable why do you stay here? You can just leave you know!" And I tell her I'm gonna let Customer Service and Corporate handle this now, especially since she's bringing Police to my hotel door. She doesn't seem very happy about that and asks me again why don't I just leave? Because I've been driving for almost 3 hours, I don't live in the area, no family or friends nearby to crash with and I have an event in the area the next day. I already got boned by one hotel and I wasn't budging. I needed sleep. So they leave, and I jump right back on the phone with Customer Service, after waiting another 15 minutes for an agent, they drop the call. So we start over AGAIN. I get an agent, re-explain everything and all the problems I've been having for the 5th time today. He assured me he's documenting it all. I want it made clear I'm reporting the manager for harassing and nasty behavior. I ask him for a Log of everything being reported so I can GARUNTEE someone up the chain is seeing everything that's happened tonight. He assured me so so he silently types on the phone for about half an hour with me on the line, I have to ask if he's still there multiple times. He finishes up, sends me an email. I tell him he needs to correct this log because he neglected to include the whole last incident and reason I'm calling a fifth time that night with the Manager, her behavior and the Police. He apologized and sends me a new email 10 minutes later. This place is HELL, DONT COME HERE!

Nothing the room was very dirty it’s not like the pics the people staying were definitely sketchy people I didn’t feel safe found a bug on one bed not sure if it was a bed bug The front desk leaves at 10 so you can’t complain to no one they are nice people that’s all I can say though

"Needs to be remodeled and another elevator"

Staff was very friendly

People sitting by the front door smoking. Dirty exterior and the hallway to our room was dirty and smelly. The elevator was dirty and smelled like dog poop. I couldn’t sleep because the door in the back of the hotel was broken and did not lock.

For the price, unbeatable. And has kitchen and fridge. If you bring your own food and utensils, unpublished will have everything you could want. Plan to stay there again.
