I was not allowed to stay . Said the rooms not available even after I had pre-booked reservation. And I am trying to get refund from Expedia since then . However not able to reach Expedia customer service. I had to book another hotel that night at higher rate and 25 miles away from my destination. Really unsatisfied with the hotel . Aslo I would like to get my refund back and additional compensation for new hotel and travel . I was traveling with my wife and had to struggle to find new hotel in middle of night. Any help would be appreciated
