Bed was comfortable

TV didnt work when I first got there, they fixed it quickly but was an inconvenience. Biggest complaint was the bathroom. Bathroom window had completely fallen apart and was not a sealed window to begin with. I was not able to take a shower because the broken window meant tje room was very cold. I had to sleep with the bathroom door losed because the window kept the room from warming up. I went to the bathroom during the night and in the morning and the room was freezing cold.

Location was fine

Dirty, drunk guy blasting music all night.

I travel often, and this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The service is top-tier.

Staff was cool

Room was falling apart to the headboard the bathroom and everything in between. Needs major renovations.

Very Nasty wasn’t clean door don’t have locks on them
