OYO Hotel Mustang Silver Spring FL

We liked that we realized that we could cancel before the deadline.

We actually didn't spend the night...we were so disappointed at the appearance of the motel, when they told us cash only...we left. We were pleasantly surprised that we still had time to cancel our reservation with Booking.com so we didn't have to pay for the room. Major disappointment...to the point where we didn't care to see what inside the room looked like.

It’s hard to get your security deposit back when you pay with bank or credit card. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received it. They told me to to call a customer service number and they was giving me the runaround as well

Great selection of breakfast and spacious common areas, making my brief visit enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel was perfect for our family trip. Spacious rooms and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

The fact the staff was rude after we stayed there for over 20 days all together . It all started regarding uses of toilet paper, we were given a hard time when we asked for a roll when we ran out, after 4 days of receiving 1 roll for 3 adults. Which ended up staff yelling and disrespecting me. Telling me they will charge me $2 00 for another roll.and that I was lying about how many rolls we had. I am 60 years old and don't need to get upset or added stress ,like this due to health reasons I paid for 2 nights totaling $ 201.00 for Friday and Saturday night. On Saturday evening around 7:00 pm we weretold to leave because they said we were to loud while watching a football ball game. Never got a warning asking us to keep it down. Besides we were in our room the whole time watching the game. Then a shirtless man in shorts knocked on your door told us to shut the FU$k up or else. Then an altercation happened. Nobody said anything to the man upstairs above our room who was blasting music all night long. The night before. The staff intervened. Ended up shooting me the finger with both hands. And yelling at me like he did when I asked for a roll of toilet paper. Was told by the staff again if I didn't like it to leave. I told the staff we were just watching the football ball game , staff told me " this wasn't a fu$cking stadium. First of all I didn't deserve to be talked to like this. Also another tenant a few doors down video taped the staff during their bad behavior staff told him to stop video tapping and put the phone away or they would call the police . As we were packing our vehicle up. The shirtless told us he was security. Really? First of all he had nothing to identify he was security, since he was shirtless. Upon leaving I asked to get reimbursed for Saturday night since we were made to leave that evening. I was told to get in touch with booking.com they would refund my money on my card. However the other adult with me paid $100.

My stay was enjoyable and refreshing. The property was peaceful, and the staff was very supportive. The room was perfectly clean and had all the essentials.
