OYO Hotel Mustang Silver Spring FL

Single-day stay, but felt very welcomed. The room was neat, amenities were functional, and the staff went out of their way to assist.

We found it ok!!

No shower curtain!! Only accepts cash! No notice so had to leave property to get cash!! NO SHOWER CURTAIN!!!

Everything about this hotel was amazing — impeccable cleanliness, delicious food, and warmhearted staff. The ambience was quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Totally worth every penny spent!

The place looked like it was for a shelter. The room looked like a handman went in there and just threw some drywall up. That is not a hotel that is a shelter. Every time I took a shower, I was standing in water that wouldn't drained Who would charge for a room like that? You disrespect people when you post

I really liked the hospitality here. The property was kept clean, and the room felt cozy and fresh. The staff showed great professionalism and made me feel comfortable.

My visit here was very comfortable. The environment is calm, the staff is professional, and the facilities are well managed. Everything felt smooth and stress-free.

Downstairs room.

I didn't like how when asking for a roll of toilet paper, I was given the 3rd degree, and was yelled at by both staff members, that, stated we only get one roll of toilet paper every 2 days. When there are 3 adults in the room two being females. Total of five days, I was asked by staff member how many rolls they've given us, as I was answering the question, I was interrupted several times therefore wasn't able to answer the question, once I did answer the question I was called a liar by the staff member. I ended up going to the store and buying my own toilet paper. And was told if I didn't like it I could check out and leave the premises. So needless to say I won't be back. After staying at Oyo for several days in the past month. I feel like this whole incident was uncalled for, also felt degraded. .
