Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle Park

Natalie is amazing! She is so sweet, kind, and friendly every morning we get our breakfast. She is a hard worker and does an excellent job assisting her customers every morning. We have enjoyed our mornings talking with Natalie!

I travel here often for work and every time I come here the staff is really friendly. Natalie is always there to greet me with a big smile in the mornings when I get my coffee, Mr. James the cook is great, and Teressa is always great to talk to at the bar! Every time I’ve stayed has been great!

I can’t say enough good about my experience here at this Hilton Garden Inn! I am especially impressed with Natalie our waitress every morning and evening. She went above and beyond in taking care of our each other name and had the most pleasant demeanor. She set our day right! He would definitely come back and stay here again. I also impressed with Janie the manager! She made us feel so welcome! The front desk staff was also wonderful and so helpful! Thank you so much all of you!!!

Latoya, Natalie and James create such a warm atmosphere and took exqusite care during my visit to Durham. Check in /out went smoothly and breakfast was tasty plus served with a warm genuine smile. Appreciate you guys in bunches

Not up to Hilton standards. Room was dim at 10 foot candles. Sink in bath cracked and counter top stained. Stains on carpet. HVAC was inconsistent. Only 2 floors have ice-makers. At check out i notified the young lady staffing the front desk that dripping water onto the outside window was quite loud and should be checked out as it awoke me several times at night. She did not acknowledge this nor even say something to the effect of “sorry to hear of your experience”!

I absolutely loved our stay here! It had everything we needed from location, cleanliness, friendly staff and so quiet. The front desk staff greeted us everytime we walked by along with the manager providing some great food recommendations. Definitely will stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here the recently. Hotel was extremely clean and everyone was very helpful. Room was quiet, so we were able to good a night of sleep! I was in the lobby and I met Janie. She was so friendly and gave us some recommendations for dinner. Will stay at this location every time that I come to this area.

This place is officially my go to place! We've stayed there many times but after having a DISASTER Feb 13th at another hotel, they saved the day! It is not the most glamourous but the staff are amazing, it is clean, friendly -- especially Zamorah at the front desk. She did everything she could to help us. We travel a lot to Raleigh and this has now become our go to Ole Faithful! We can ALWAYS count on them, with a smile on their face, all respect and kindness, no matter what!
