"Very disappointing stay due to rude service and a dirty, smoke-smelling room."

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this stay. The overall experience started poorly and did not improve.

Check-in was terrible. The front desk staff was disrespectful and unwelcoming, I greeted her and she did not respond or acknowledge me. In addition, the room smelled strongly of smoke and was dirty, making the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.

"I will probably look elsewhere to stay in the future."

The stuff was very friendly. I appreciate that breakfast was offered, however, a 9:00 cutoff was too early.

While the room was clean, the carpeting, sofa, and chairs were very old and worn. Their age gave a perception of not being clean.

"Very convenient and functional. I would stay again."

We appreciated the restaurant open until 10pm because we arrived late and could get dinner on site. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and attentive. Shuttle from the airport was very convenient.

Shuttle driver was not attentive. He was talking on his phone and texting while driving the entire time. Luggage cart had a flat tire. It was very difficult to move over wrinkled hallway carpet.

"Nice comfortable room with free airport shuttle"

I liked that the free shuttle was still available when my flight arrived extremely late at almost 1:30AM. I also liked that the staff answered the phone and confirmed the shuttle was still available at that hour when I called after I landed. Being as I just need a night stay everything was great! Bed was comfortable and man the bathtub in the room was bigger than the bed haha

No couch in the room like it said and had a air conditioner that wasn’t working properly.
