"VERY Rude Front Desk"

The front desk who answered the phone today (May 6, 2026 at around 1:50pm) is EXTREMELY rude. She probably is the same person other negative comments were referring to. First, she couldn't find my reservation number, very dismissive and didn't extend any help. CS from Chase Travel helped me get the updated reservation no. Called back again re: the shuttle service schedule and answered again in dismissive tone. I asked for her name, she refused to give and started yelling. I asked to talk to the manager and she answered "NO!" with angry voice and slammed the phone down. Please send her back to PROPER customer service training as she does not represent the name of Comfort Inn MD in positive ways.

Very kind and helpful staff. An excellent shuttle both ways. My room was clean, very comfortable and set at the perfect temperature
