I'm grateful to shoutout Johnnie the Valet gentleman and Paul the Bellman. Johnnie greeting me with the same enthusiasm each day during my stay as if it were my first day checking in, was one of the highlights of my stay. Johnnie helped me get in touch with Paul and he helped me with my large online order that was delivered to the hotel. Truly a team effort and kudos to them for demonstrating true customer service. Ill definitely be returning to this location.

"Close to everything and great staff."

It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The staff was very kind and helpful. Raj, Andy, and Junior at the bar were amazing! Eric at the front desk made our check in easy and fast. TK helped me with the elevator even though I believe he was busy going somewhere himself. Overall the best staff I’ve ever had at a Sheraton.

"Keith and Marie at the concierge club were fantastic."

Keith took time to speak with both my son and I. After the first day, my son would stop in just to say hi to him. I really appreciated that he took a minute to show kindness and my son has had a great trip in part because of that. Marie was very professional and friendly as well. A great experience!
